Iβm a final year PhD candidate at the Department of Computer Science, Rutgers University. My advisor is Distinguished Professor Dimitris N. Metaxas. I received my BE Degree from North China Electric Power University and ME Degree from Tsinghua University, both in Beijing, China. I also spent three years working in China, including one-year wonderful research assistant experience in the Radiology Department of Peking University Cancer Hospital and Institute. I have a solid technical background in cardiac MRI.
My research interests mainly focus on AI, computer vision, medical image analysis and medical imaging. Current involved research projects are:
- Computer vision and medical image computing: image segmentation, motion tracking, image registration, image generation, 3D shape modeling and 4D dynamic analysis.
- Low level computer vision tasks and inverse problems: image reconstruction, denosing, super resolution.
- MRI pulse sequences.
